- We Ship FREE to Hawai'i.
- USA Flat Rate shipping is $2.50 to anywhere in the USA. It is FREE when you spend (subtotal) over $40 dollars in one transaction.
- USA Flat Rate Shipping usually arrives 2-3 days in Hawai'i and 3-7 days in the Continental USA.
- We offer a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from upon check out. Orders generally ship the next business day after order placement. Custom orders, such as high performance surfboards, may take longer to ship. Business days are Monday through Friday, USPS (our preferred shipment method) is closed on all major USA Holidays.
- We ship to most International destinations - Please see the options at checkout as we try to keep your costs low.

Each customer and/or visitor is considered part of our family and we adhere to a strict privacy policy of NEVER sharing, renting, or selling personal information that may be collected on our website or in our offices. That includes any personal information about the products that you purchase from BigIslandBuilt.com. That also includes your name and your email address if you join our mailing list.

- Returns & Replacements

We offer high quality surf wear & products and we trust that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return in original condition (unworn, undamaged and odor-free) within 21 days from your receipt of the merchandise. At your request, we will:
- Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
- Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (once the return items have been received). Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you would like to return merchandise (within 21 days of receipt), simply log into your account and click "Orders and Returns" in the footer of every page on BigIslandBuilt.com and insert your order number and info. - Ordering

When browsing through our products you can click on any item for a detailed description, enter your desired quantity & size and click the Add to Cart option. The item in its specified quantity will be added to your shopping cart. You may continue shopping, or you can click on Checkout at the top of any web page to complete your order. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on View Cart at the top of any web page.To remove an item, click on View Cart at the top of any web page, click on the Delete box next to the item, and click on Update Cart.We recommend signing up for an account so you may track your order and shipment.

We reward our customers and newsletter subscribers with promotions and discount codes. Please create an acoount or sign up for our newsletter to be included.With some promotions that we offer, there will be a promotion code located in the email that you receive or on our website homepage. Simply enter this code in the "Discount Code" box located near the bottom of the shopping cart page (View Cart), and then click "Apply". If the code is accepted it will be reflected on the subtotal of your order. If the code is not accepted, please check the expiration date of the email that you received, or email our Customer Care department at support@bigislandbuilt.com.

To check on the status of your order, go to Orders and Returns. When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have signed up for an account with us, when your order has shipped, you will also receive an email with a tracking number for the shipping option you have selected.
